Contents, sizes, materials, case colors and label panels come from the product details and pack photos we publish for each product. When two of our own figures differ, we give the one both support: the kit weighs "under a pound".
Brand facts
Trademark numbers and dates come from the U.S. trademark register, read on the date shown beside each.
General information
Points about first aid kits, supplements and seed starting are quoted exactly from the American Red Cross, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and the University of Minnesota Extension, with a link and the date read.
Health
We describe what is in a kit and what is on a label. We do not write about diseases or treatment, and we do not promise results from the fish oil.
Prices
We update prices on a schedule. Our last price update was on October 20, 2026.
Reviews
Buyers write the reviews and they appear as written, with the case color or pack the buyer chose. A review is one person and one kit.
Corrections
